Some dreams you grab hold and hang on for the ride

I'm riding my bicycle to work and back again today. I like that phrase, "back again." It's very Tolkien-esque. Speaking of good phrases, today's word of the day was "schadenfreude," pronounced "SHOD-n-froy-duh," a malicious satisfication in the misfortune of others. I've been looking for this word for a long time: it is how I feel when I bicycle past a long line of cars barely creeping along. I have a similar but not as strong feeling when I'm in the carpool lane passing traffic. Does that make me evil?
